Count Sheet

This is the official count sheet for the Bloomington CBC Circle. It reflects species that we expect to see (based on analysis of past counts), which that don't require additional documentation. Anything that is not listed on the sheet must be documented. Results will only be accepted using this form. Please ensure that you are entering the total number for each species in numeric form (not dots or multiple numbers.) 

You can download the form and print out to use during the count. Keep in mind that this is the required form to submit results.
